Report Problem Customers

Make the Make Ready Armz network better for everyone, and report problem customers. These are customers who file unwarranted chargebacks, commit fraud, or cause other issues.

No other store owner will be able to see who filed the complaint, but the email, IP, and notes will be listed on any orders placed on the network by the same customer.

This will not prevent the customer from placing the order, it’s just to warn other potential store owners of issues before they fulfill the order.
